Yo YO Man..JuSt Came Back From Gym..lifted 23 kg with my quadriceps for over 500 tImes..sO nOw my lEgS are liKe..hUrTing alot??? buT Yeah..woRth iT la..wOrTH it...tHen in the morning had a gooD time in church..sanG aloT of Cool sonGs..moSt of thEm my Fav la..such as One WAy, Holy, Holy, Holy and Desire..Yeah...Oh By the way..TagBoard's up..bUt Somehow the Name and the Url thing Clashes with my site colours background..trying to find the mistake..ARgh!
Oh also been chosen for the competition team and steward Training..YAy! Cool Man...nOw i ahve the Chance to bring glory back to SA! Most likely the COm team will be me, Jotham, henry and Benjamin la..with Keith as the reserve...Amazing thing is, Shavish got chosen instead of Richmond..WHich is like Dam shocking lor! Toot!
Then yesterday had teens again...In the Rain! so cool..play soccer in the rain..then everyone Was soaked man..even the Captain's ball girls got soaked..although they only had water la...For us ar...We Splash around in the wet mud Man..Then Give Wedgies to ppl..HAHA! Tomorrow going out with the teens ministry for cycling at East cOast park...Might not be free on Tuesday..Jotham said he'd call me to confrim if going to Keith's house to discuss plans for the Medic on wHeels shirt..Ah well..Cya Man..I'll blog again soon enough!
