hm had fitness test today for rugby.
firstly did height weight and all that.
man 21.8% of body fat. man.
then after that did all the national squad tests
Beep test, jump height, agility test, speed test, pushups
then went to lvl 6 to play with the guys some touch rugby.
when my body was kinda pushed to its limit,
i kind of liked the pain.
i guess...
it helps to take my mental and emotional pain away
hmm.
still moody. still dry.
but hey, not so much now.
plus my spiritual level is now slightly wet.
