HAHA! well had training today,
did slight fitness,
then did tackles, then forwards and backs,
AND THEN A TEAM RUN!
well tackles didn't do much.
hasif ran towards me and then slipped and his boot crashed into my shin. (i spent about 10 mins icing it)
then forwards we basically did scrum techniques.
didn't do well initially, but i believe i improved later on.
FINALLY, a team run. didn't do much, basically assisted as a prop.
supported people and their drives
and i ALMOST managed to steal the ball in a ruck.
JUST that some dick had to pull me out. :)
ah well. xD
