HAHA! Hi guys. Today there was this blood donation drive at school today, and surprisingly only three of us from S25 signed up to donate blood. ANNE MARIE, JOANNE WOH AND ME! (:
We had to go through three stages of hell! HAHA! The first stage was a simple blood pressure and registration, and unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, the party of three lost their first member Anne Marie.
let's observe one minute of silence for Anne Marie.
The second stage was the medical screening and blood test, where the fricking doctor punched some small hole and squeezed a drop of blood for testing. I think he dropped one drop of blood into a beaker of copper sulphate, and the apparent reaction is that the copper would displace the iron in the blood, resulting in an iron drop falling down to the bottom of the beaker. Mine went down relatively fast, but unfortunately Joanne's one was too low, so we lost another one from the Party of Two.

so came the blood drive part, wahlau they scare you like they're going to put breast implants or take out your entire digestive system from your body, but it was relatively painless. Injected some REALLY STRONG painkiller, inserted the needle the size of a pocky stick, and began the freeloading and sucking of my blood.
