OP is finally over!
i guess it went well, we didn't make too many stumbles, presented alright, and Q&A was not TOO bad. my question was rather simple - "If your project was deemed successful, how can you use that success to fuel further expansions?"
I was like, WOW super tyco question, all in WR! So I just bursted it out.
Just came back from double trainings today, had JC training from 4.30 to 7, then blacks from 7 to 9. JC training was okay, had the usual S&C for the first hour or so, doing all the crap sprinting all, and the infamous bands which left their mark on kia boon's arse. then we trained for 7s with the usual running of the lines and all.
blacks training started with S&C! like, wahlau did one already not enough, had to spam another. So i did the training with jotham, you should see his face when he does the improvised bench press. constipation hoo ~~
AND I STILL CANT CATCH THE BALL OFF A KICKOFF ON THE RUN ARGHGAHHGDHGSHGDSFGEDGREGOEUBGHOEGWER#$T$(G$G$G)$T$*(%Y%T@#!!
looks like it's off to the training again. somebody kick for me.
